Dr. Alexia Gillen
Hi! I'm Alexia. I'm a physician, wife, mother, friend, sister and lover of coffee, books, nature and travel. I have been a physician in practice and in leadership roles in Rapid City and Black Hills clinics and health systems, since 2006. Prior to MOSIAC Medicine, I have practiced both Family Medicine primary care and Urgent Care. My leadership roles were in Medical Director and Medical Informatics roles. I am married to my hubby, Dean, who is a cardiac nurse and mother to Evyenia and Elias - one launched to the world and the other preparing to launch (oof that's quite a transition isn't it??). My family heritage is Greek and I have the travel bug - also passed on to my kiddos. We love to travel as much as we can and love to come home to the beautiful Black Hills where we enjoy being up at the lake and outdoors as much as possible. I am so excited for this journey of MOSAIC Medicine and to bring wellness to our community.

Hi! I'm Tammy. I am a dedicated health advocate with a background in nursing, fitness, and health coaching. I have coached in fitness and nutrition for many years in the Rapid City community following a successful career in both inpatient and outpatient nursing. My passion in wellness extends outside the clinical space into our community and I am the current owner of a favorite local health food store in Rapid City, Staple and Spice Market! On a personal level, I am married to Wayne and we have four amazing children and one goldendoodle. I'm so excited to be able to combine my years of experience in wellness to empower patients at MOSAIC Medicine in their journey to optimal health.
