About the Strength Training Program

During the training, you’ll have the option to learn about a physician-designed, wellness-focused strength program created to support:
  • Building or maintaining strength in as little as 10 minutes, 3 days per week
  • Improved physical confidence and energy
  • Joint stability and functional movement
  • Routine consistency through short, guided sessions
  • Accessible options for all experience levels
Participation in the program is completely optional and not required to attend the free training.

Ali Novitsky, MD is a board-certified physician in obesity medicine, pediatrics, and neonatology. She is also an international speaker, Master Certified Coach, nutrition and exercise strategist, and host of The Metabolism, Muscles, and Mindset Podcast.
Dr. Novitsky’s educational approach focuses on:
